How to Add New Users?

Introduction to Adding New Users
Managing users efficiently is key to running a successful incubator or accelerator. AcceleratorApp allows you to add new users by sending individual invitations or importing them in bulk, ensuring smooth onboarding and role assignment.

Location
To add new users, navigate to Community > User Management and select New Users to invite them manually or Bulk Import for multiple users at once.

Step-by-Step Actions

1. By Invitation

Go to Community > User Management and click New Users.

  • Enter the first name, last name, and email.
  • Select the appropriate user role.
  • Click Send Invite to send an onboarding email based on user type.

2. By Import

  • Select Bulk Import in the User Management section.
  • Upload a CSV file with the following fields: first name, last name, email, and role.
  • Download the CSV template to ensure proper formatting.
  • Once uploaded, the system will process the list and send invites accordingly.
